刘文浩

刘文浩,男,博士,副研究员。

本科毕业于内蒙古大学,博士毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所博士期间赴美国劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室访问交流,博士毕业后留所工作。长期从事半导体物理与超快半导体物理等领域的研究,围绕半导体材料中的超快载流子动力学、光诱导相变与非平衡物理过程、离子辐射损伤机制等开展系统研究以第一作者或通讯作者在PRL (1)Science Advances (2)Nature Communications (3)PNAS (1)等期刊发表论文20余篇

主要研究方向:

1半导体超快动力学研究激发下半导体材料中的超快载流子动力学、电子-声子耦合及非平衡结构相变动力学;

2半导体辐射损伤效应:研究高能粒子/离子辐照诱导的半导体微观损伤及其演化机制;

3跨尺度计算方法发展从电子尺度到原子、介观尺度的多尺度计算方法
