刘文浩,男,博士,副研究员。
本科毕业于内蒙古大学,博士毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所,博士期间赴美国劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室访问交流,博士毕业后留所工作。长期从事半导体物理与超快半导体物理等领域的研究,围绕半导体材料中的超快载流子动力学、光诱导相变与非平衡物理过程、离子辐射损伤机制等开展系统研究,以第一作者或通讯作者在PRL (1篇)、Science Advances (2篇)、Nature Communications (3篇)、PNAS (1篇)等期刊发表论文20余篇。
主要研究方向:
1、半导体超快动力学:研究激发态下半导体材料中的超快载流子动力学、电子-声子耦合及非平衡结构相变动力学;
2、半导体辐射损伤效应:研究高能粒子/离子辐照诱导的半导体微观损伤及其演化机制;
3、跨尺度计算方法:发展从电子尺度到原子、介观尺度的多尺度计算方法。
