慈鹏弘,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。
2012年本科毕业于山东大学,2015年硕士毕业于北京大学,2020年博士毕业于加州大学伯克利分校。2021年获国家优秀自费留学生奖学金。2024年入职中国科学院半导体研究所,2025年入选中国科学院高层次人才计划。
主要科研方向:
低维半导体缺陷性质、光电与铁电器件。
