卓 宁

卓宁,男,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。

2013年毕业于中国科学院大学,获材料物理与化学专业博士学位。20137月于中科院半导体研究所工作至今。

取得的重要科研成果所获奖励

目前主要从事中红外低维结构材料与器件研究,在千层应变补偿超晶格、锑化物、量子阱(点)的MBEMOCVD的生长与设计方面积累了一定基础。作为负责人,先后主持7项国家级科研项目,发表论文30余篇,获2019年所青年科技奖、2020年所青年科技人才推进计划支持,现为中科院青促会会员。代表性科研成绩:(1)基于双重应变补偿技术和生长动力学调控的量子点插层优化设计,实现国际首支室温连续量子点级联激光器,突破了级联激光器的经典理论与结构;(2)针对高功率长波激光器研制的国际性热点与难点,基于高效级联有源区与材料优化,研制出系列瓦级长波甚长波量子级联激光器(QCL),为国际最好水平;3针对实用化中QCL高功率和高光束质量输出的尖锐矛盾,利用衰逝波阵列耦合以及Talbot衍射耦合机理实现了大功率相干阵列器件的基超模工作;(4)针对目前InP基器件2μm以上工作瓶颈,基于锑化物有源区应力、组分调控,实现该波段高性能InP基激光器以及超辐射发光管,相关指标居国际前列。
