尹韬,男,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。
西安电子科技大学学士和硕士,中国科学院电子学研究所微电子学与固体电子学博士,曾任中科院电子所副研究员、副主任,2020年进入中国科学院半导体所工作。长期从事高性能数模混合CMOS集成电路设计技术研究,在低噪声低功耗信号检测与处理、生物医疗芯片、高能效可重构信号处理芯片等方面具有多年的研究基础,带领团队研制出多款微陀螺、微加速度计、微麦克风、脑电检测等接口芯片。发表论文90余篇,国家发明专利授权10余项。
