娄正,男,博士,项目研究员,博士生导师。
中国科协青年托举工程获得者。2009年毕业于吉林大学电子科学与工程学院获工学学士学位,2014年毕业于吉林大学电子科学与工程学院微电子学与固体电子学获理学博士学位,2014年起在中国科学院半导体研究所半导体超晶格国家重点实验室工作,主要从事新型柔性传感器件,高性能柔性智能感知系统和健康医疗器件的研究工作。迄今共发表SCI检索论文90多篇,SCI引用3000多次,h因子为34,申请或取得发明专利4项。
取得的重要科研成果及所获奖励:
2018年入选RSC"Top 1%高被引中国作者"榜单(Nanoscience类)。获得三次省部级奖励,包括北京市科学技术奖二等奖以及中国材料研究学会科学技术奖一等奖等。
