祁楠,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。
2005年获北京理工大学学士学位;2008年和2013年分别获清华大学硕士、博士学位;2013-2015年在美国Oregon State University电子工程系从事博士后研究;2015年-2017年在美国HP Labs担任博士后/高级电路工程师。2017年进入半导体所超晶格国家重点实验室工作至今。
取得的重要科研成果:
2010年完成国际首个双通道全模式的卫星导航射频芯片,与合作公司基带芯片共同实现北斗/GPS双系统联合定位;2014、2015年分别发表25Gb/s和50Gb/s PAM4硅光子MZM驱动芯片,并展示国内首个、国际先进的光电混合集成发射机;2017年分别研制成功国内首颗全CMOS工艺25Gb/s DFB激光器驱动芯片和50Gb/s PAM4数据与时钟恢复芯片。
主要研究领域或方向:
从事数模混合集成电路与系统的设计与研究,包括:
硅基光通信高速集成电路及光/电集成;
激光测距TOF专用芯片与系统;
CMOS有线和无线高速通信集成电路。
