牛智川,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。
曾留学德国波尔德鲁德研究所、美国南加州大学。“国家杰出青年科学基金”获得者,国家重点研发计划量子专项首席科学家,国家自然科学基金重大项目主持人,国家重大科学研究计划纳米专项首席科学家。
取得的重要科研成果和获得的奖励情况:
发现InGa)As/GaAs环状量子结构液滴外延现象,发展In(Ga)As/GaAs量子点密度调控和波长拓展技术;研制成功纳米线量子点耦合微柱微腔量子点耦合结构的高速率和全同性单光子发射器件,在单光子量子存储和非线性转换纠缠光子发射器件中得到验证;研制出光通信波段InAs量子点激光器实现了高T0超低阈值室温连续激射;研制出InGaNAsSb/GaAs异变量子阱激光器激射波长突破1.59微米;开拓锑化物窄带隙半导体材料外延和光电器件研究方向,率先研制成功1.8-3.5微米波段锑化物量子阱室温连续激光器、DFB单模激光器、FP腔激光器单管和巴条激光器;研发成功锑化物超晶格大尺寸外延材料,成功应用于2-20微米波段新一代中短波、中长波单色、双色和高温焦平面技术。在Nature,Adv. Materials, Phys. Rev. Lett., Nano Lett., Nanoscale, Appl. Phys. Lett.等发表SCI论文300余篇受到国际同行广泛关注被他引3000余次,研究成果多次被III-Vs Review,Compound Semiconductor,Technique Insights, Laser Focus World等专题报道。曾获北京市自然科学技术二等奖、中国电子学会自然科学一等、中科院优秀研究生导师奖等。培养的硕士和博士研究生有多人次获得中科院院长优秀奖和冠名奖、中科院优秀毕业生奖、国家优秀留学生奖等。
