张兴旺,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。

1972生于安徽怀宁,分别于19941999年从兰州大学物理系获学士博士学位。19992001年在香港中文大学电子工程系进行博士后研究,20012004年任德国乌尔姆大学固体物理系博士后及洪堡学者,于20047加入中科院半导体材料重点实验室,并入选中科院百人计划现任国际空间研究委员会中国委员会(CNCOSPAR)委员、中国真空学会薄膜专业委员会委员、中国空间科学学会微重力科学与应用研究专业委员会委员

科研成果

发展了一种制备大面积、高质量六方氮化硼(h-BN)二维原子晶体的新方法,制备出毫米尺寸h-BN单晶畴,研制出多种基于二维异质结构的高性能光电器件;实现了基于h-BN中间层的远程外延生长,为制备高质量二维范德华异质结提供了一种新方法。首次成功制备出异质外延生长的立方氮化硼c-BN薄膜,得到国际同行科学家的广泛关注和高度评价,为实现c-BN薄膜作为高温电子材料奠定了基础。领导的课题组两次创造有机无机杂化钙钛矿太阳能电池光电转换效率的世界纪录(23.3%23.7%),研制出高效稳定的无机钙钛矿电池以及钙钛矿绿光和蓝光LEDs已主持承担国家重点研发计划、自然科学基金等项目20余项,在Nature Mater., Nature Energy, Nat. Commun. Adv. Mater.等学术期刊发表SCI论文175篇,论文被他引7500余次,获授权发明专利22曾获中科院优秀导师奖(3次)、朱李月华优秀教师奖、领雁振翅奖等奖励,指导的研究生3人获中科院优秀博士论文,6人获中科院院长奖。
