张 旭

张旭,男,博士,研究员,硕士生导师。

2010年毕业于中国科学院研究生院/中国科学院半导体研究所,获微电子与固体电子学博士学位。2010-2012年在清华大学微电子学研究所从事博士后研究。2010年至今在中国科学院半导体研究所光电子研究发展中心工作,现为中国科学院半导体研究所功率器件与集成电路研究组组长。

主要从事半导体电力电子材料与器件、高可靠性专用集成电路、生物医用传感器与执行器的研究。长期致力于推动智能/集成功率芯片、植入式器件与集成电路的实用化,以及车规级智能功率芯片的国产化。

近年来,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划项目课题、中科院STS区域重点项目、北京市科委专项等多项科研任务。2018年,获中国科学院半导体研究所青年科技奖。2022年,获第三届中国科技产业化促进会科学技术奖-科技产业化一等奖(排名第1)。
