杨晓红

杨晓红,女,博士,研究员,博士生导师。

19951998获得西安交通大学理学学士硕士学位2001年在中科半导体所获得博士学位20012003在中科院半导体所集成光电子学国家重点实验室做博士后研究出站所工作至今。期间于2009~2010在剑桥大学卡文迪许实验室学术访2015年起,聘任为中国科学院大学(国科大)岗位教授。

作为项目负责完成25G高速InAlAs APD,高探测效率低暗计数单光子探测器(SPAD),宽带67GHz单载流子探测器SOI集成40GHz波导探测器,新型量子点场效应高增益探测器等多项863973国家重点研发计划和国家自然基金项目,对器件光电结构载流子输运以及高速光电测试方面有深入研究充分利用探测器的3D模拟完成多种探测器件的优化,达到国际先进水平。发表40多篇学术论文,拥有多项授权专利

主要研究领域方向:

主要专注于近红外高频高灵敏度高增益新材料新结构光电探测件的设计、制备和器件应用研究,包括

1高灵敏度高速雪崩探测器APD

2单光子探测器阵列,平衡单光子探测器模块;

3超宽带、高线性光电探测器,平衡探测器;
