陈涌海,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。
国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、 新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选、国务院政府特殊津贴获得者,国家重大科学研究计划首席科学家。1990年于北京大学物理系获学士学位,1993年于北京科技大学物理系获硕士学位,1993年至今在中科院半导体所从事半导体材料物理研究工作;98年在半导体所获材料物理学博士学位,曾先后三次前往香港科技大学物理系进行合作研究。
主要科研成果:
发展了反射差分光谱技术,揭示了应变自组织生长的物理机制,揭示了界面原子偏析、界面结构和应变对量子阱光学偏振性质的重要影响,提出了测量量子阱激子的各向异性交换分裂、塞曼劈裂以及VCSEL腔模劈裂的新方法,提出了表征衬底材料表面亚损伤和内应力分布的新方法。基于圆偏振光电流技术,在国际上首次观察到GaN基、GaAs基等低维半导体材料的圆偏振自旋光电流效应(CPGE)、反常圆偏振自旋光电流效应、光致反常霍尔效应(AHE)等多种自旋光电流效应。先后主持了国家重点基础规划项目(973项目)和国家自然科学基金重大项目等十余项国家级科研项目,在Phys. Rev. Lett.、 Nano Letters、 Appl. Phys. Lett.等国际刊物发表论文200多篇,获得国家发明专利10余项。
主要研究方向:
1)半导体低维结构材料和纳米材料的光学研究; 2)半导体偏振调制光谱技术及应用,主要包括反射差分谱、微区应力成像等;3)半导体自旋电子学和圆偏振自旋光电流研究等。
