2004年毕业于西安电子科技大学,获工学学士学位。2009年毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所,获微电子学与固体电子学专业博士学位。2011年至2013年在清华大学电子系做博士后研究,2014年至2015年在美国加州大学欧文分校电子工程系做访问学者。中国光学学会光电技术专业委员会委员,中国生物医学工程学会会员。
研究方向为CMOS光电集成,系统地开展了微电子和光电子单片集成方面的研究,致力于硅基光电子器件/石墨烯二维材料光电子器件和硅微电子器件的单片集成。研制了CMOS硅光发射器件及阵列、硅/石墨烯光调制器与探测器、石墨烯倍频器/光电混频器/双光混频器,及光电单片集成芯片。主持和参与了多项973、863、国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划,在国内外重要期刊会议上发表论文50余篇,已授权10余项发明专利,3项集成电路布图设计知识产权保护。
