冯春，女，博士，副研究员，硕士生导师。

1983年1月生，2009年7月毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所，获材料物理与化学专业博士学位；目前主要从事III族氮化物材料和器件研究，主要包括GaN基异质结构材料MOCVD生长、GaN基电力电子器件研制、GaN基生物传感器研制等相关研究工作。迄今已在国内外几种主要学术刊物上发表氮化物材料和器件研究论文30余篇，作为主要起草人完成了核心电子器件专项标准“WB001型SiC衬底GaN基外延片详细规范”。

2012年获北京市科学技术二等奖

GaN基HEMT结构外延材料生长及电力电子器件。
