张兴旺,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。
中科院“百人计划”入选者。1972年10月生于安徽怀宁,分别于1994和1999年从兰州大学物理系获理学学士和博士学位。1999至 2001年在香港中文大学电子工程系进行博士后研究,2001至2004年任德国乌尔姆大学固体物理系博士后及洪堡学者,于2004年7月加入中国科学院半导体研究所半导体材料重点实验室,任研究员,并入选中科院“百人计划”。现任中国真空学会薄膜专业委员会委员、中国空间科学学会微重力科学与应用研究专业委员会委员,是Nat. Nanotechnol., Adv. Mater.等三十余种学术期刊的审稿人。
取得的主要学术成绩:
首次成功制备出异质外延生长的立方氮化硼(c-BN)薄膜,相关结果在Nat. Mater.上发表后得到国际同行科学家的广泛关注和高度评价,这一突破性进展为实现c-BN薄膜作为高温电子材料奠定了基础。同时在c-BN薄膜的成核和生长机理、掺杂、电学和光学性质研究等方面都有新的发现与创新。最近,在六方氮化硼(h-BN)及其他二维原子晶体材料的制备及特性研究取得了重要突破,首次采用离子束溅射沉积方法制备出高质量h-BN二维原子晶体以及h-BN/石墨烯异质结。此外,在ZnO材料与器件研究方面也取得了重要进展,如利用金属表面等离激元增强了ZnO薄膜的近带边发射并首次实现了ZnO基LEDs电致发光的增强。已主持或承担科技部863、973计划、国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金以及中国科学院战略性先导科技专项等科研课题20余项,在Nat. Mater., Nat. Energy, Adv. Mater., Appl. Phys. Lett.等国内外杂志发表SCI论文125篇,论文被他引1600余次,获授权发明专利20项,在美国MRS、金刚石和碳材料等国际会议做邀请报告多次;曾获北京市科学技术进步二等奖及中科院优秀研究生指导教师奖,指导的研究生多人次获中科院院长奖和国家奖学金。
