张国旗，男，博士，研究员，博士生导师。 

　　IEEE Fellow。曾任荷兰飞利浦公司半导体及半导体照明Fellow和技术战略高级总监; 国际半导体照明联盟专家委员会共同主席; 欧洲微/纳米可靠性中心（EUCEMAN）副主任; 2013年任半导体照明联合创新国家重点实验室外方主任。迄今发表SCI论文150余篇，会议论文150余篇，英文专书3本，专著17篇。担任“IEEE Transactions on component and packaging manufacturing technology”、”Journal of Mechanics”等国际刊物的副主编，Springer半导体照明技术与应用(SSL technology and application)丛书的主编。 

　　主要研究方向： 

　　微/纳米光电子多功能异构系统集成技术；多尺度及多物理模型的模拟、优化和设计；微/纳米光电可靠性研究。
