杨晓红，女，博士，研究员，博士生导师。

1995和1998年分别获得西安交通大学物理系理学学士和硕士学位。2001年在中科院半导体所获得博士学位。2001～2003年在中科院半导体所集成光电子学国家重点实验室做博士后工作，出站后留所工作至今。期间于2009~2010年在剑桥大学卡文迪许实验室学术访问。作为项目负责人完成远距离短脉冲光探测组件，新型量子点场效应高增益探测器，高频波导探测器，SOI集成InGaAs波导探测器等多项863、973和国家自然基金项目，对器件光学结构、载流子输运以及光电测试方面有深入研究。

主要研究领域方向：

目前主要专注于高频、高灵敏度、高增益等新材料新结构光电探测器件的设计、制备和器件物理的研究，包括：

1）超宽带、高线性光电探测器；

2）高灵敏度高速APD、SPAD；

3）高增益量子点栅控探测器，二维材料红外探测器；

4）探测器阵列，探测器模块等。
