实验室概况
时间:2008-03-27人工智能与高速电路实验室(原“高速电路与神经网络实验室”)发展于王守觉院士1970年代创建的新器件、新电路研究室,在半导体器件、多值/模糊逻辑电路、高速数模混合电路、半导体人工神经网络算法及硬件实现、视觉信息处理、模式识别、人工智能等领域积累了丰富的科研成果。
近年来,实验室在上述研究基础上,结合前沿科技发展趋势与社会需求,主要开展了深度神经网络、高性能集成电路、智能计算、类脑芯片与系统等多学科交叉领域的高新技术基础和应用研究,形成了“理论-实践-理论”不断升华的创新研究体系。
实验室拥有一支年轻的、充满创新精神的高素质科研队伍,现有人员70余人,其中包括研究员5人、副研究员8人、助理研究员10余人、初级研究人员及硕/博士研究生、博士后等40余人。
实验室承担完成了国家科技攻关项目、国家重大研究计划项目、‘863’计划项目、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划/重点/面上项目、中国科学院创新项目、国家战略需求项目和企业横向合作项目、联合实验室等数十项国家级、省部级和成果转化项目,在智能算法、芯片及行业应用方面取得了系列研究成果,获得多项国家、中国科学院、北京市成果奖励,产生了一定的国际影响力。

Artificial Intelligence and High-speed Circuits Laboratory
Artificial Intelligence and High Speed Circuit Laboratory (formerly known as “High-speed Circuits and Artificial Neural Networks Laboratory”) was developed from the new devices and circuits research laboratory founded by Prof. WANG Shoujue in the 1970s, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The Lab has accumulated a series of scientific research achievements in semiconductor device, multi-value fuzzy logic circuits, high speed digital-analog mixed signal circuits, algorithm and hardware-based systems for semiconductor artificial neural networks, visual information processing, pattern recognition and artificial intelligence.
In recent years, with previous research as the foundation and based on the present development trends of science and technology frontiers and social demands, The Lab is conducting interdisciplinary research on high-tech basic theories and industry applications in the fields of deep neural networks, high-performance IC, intelligent computing, brain-inspired chips and systems. An iterative ‘theory-to-practice-to-theory ’innovation and research methodology is formed.
The Lab has a young and innovative research team with great competence. At present, there are more than 70 academic research members, including 5 research fellows, 8 associate research fellows, more than 10 research assistants, and over 40 junior researchers, postdoctoral fellows, doctoral and master degree candidates.
The Lab has undertaken dozens of projects of the State Key S&T program, the State Major Research program, the State "863" program, the Major Research plan/Key Program/General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Knowledge Innovation Program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, national strategic demand projects, cooperative projects with enterprises, and joint research laboratories, gained a series of research achievements in intelligent algorithms, chips and applications, and won a number of national, CAS and Beijing municipal scientific and technical achievement awards, thereby established considerable domestic and international influence.
