    中科院院士,博士,研究员,博士生导师,国家杰出青年基金获得者,国家创新研究群体“半导体低维结构中的量子调控”学术带头人,国家重大基础研究计划项目(973项目)首席科学家,入选国家级“新世纪百千万人才工程”,中国电子学会高级会员,享受国务院政府特殊津贴,国家自然科学基金委第11、12届专家评审组成员。曾先后在日本NEC电器株式会社筑波研究所、意大利国际理论物理中心和香港科技大学物理系进行光电子器件相关性能预测研究。现任半导体超晶格国家重点实验室主任,《半导体学报》常务副主编,《Nanoscale Research Letter》、《中国科学G辑:物理学 力学 天文学》中英文刊、《物理学进展》、《物理》、科学出版社《半导体科学与技术》专著丛书编委,多种国内外核心期刊特约评审,黄昆半导体物理科学奖(基金会)秘书长。先后参加和主持国家八五、九五攀登计划、国家重大基础研究计划项目(973项目)及国家自然科学基金委和中国科学院重大、重点项目多项,分别于2004年和2009年获国家自然科学二等奖。

    近年来,在包括美国科学院院刊和美国物理评论快报在内的国内外重要学术期发表论文100余篇,研究工作被国际同行广泛引用(其中包括国际著名半导体物理专家的综述性论文),并被写入专著。主要研究方向包括:低维半导体物理及器件、光电子器件性能预测、固态量子信息。

1.   主持国家科技部重大基础研究计划(973)项目“微纳结构中的量子调制和应用探索”(2009-2013);

2.   主持国家自然科学基金委创新群体基金项目“半导体低维结构中的量子调控”(2006-2011);

3.   主持中国科学院与国家外国专家局 创新团队国际合作伙伴计划项目“半导体低维结构中量子调控”(2007-2010);

4.   主持国家科技部863项目“新型半导体量子结构性能预测”(2006-2008);

5.   主持国家自然科学基金委杰出青年基金项目“低维半导体结构中量子信息基础研究”(2004-2007)。

Li Shu-Shen, Ph.D., researcher. The national outstanding young fund winner of year 2003. Once studied the predictive properties of optoelectronics devices in the Fundamental Research Laboratories of NEC Corporation in Japan, International Theory Physics Center in Italy and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is the director of the National Key Laboratory of Semiconductor Superlattices, special appraiser of the key periodicals at home or abroad, such as the international famous academic periodical J. Appl. Phys. / Appl. Phys. Lett. and Chinese Physics Letters. As the key member participated the projects of the National Eighth and Ninth Five-Years Climbing Plan, National Key and Basis Research Plan (973), and in charge of a sub project. Once in charge of and participated several projects of National Natural Scientific Fund Committee, Key and major projects of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

In recent years, has published more than 100 articles in the famous academic periodicals at home and abroad. The research results have been cited many times by the international famous semiconductor physics experts in their articles and books. The studying direction: low dimensional semiconductor physics and device physics, predictive properties of optoelectronics devices and the solid state quantum information.
